Heart of the Horse Ranch
Heart of the Horse Ranch offers equine-assisted psychotherapy, riding, seminars, and more to foster mindfulness, trust, and personal growth in a supportive environment. It’s often difficult to stay ‘present’ in today’s bustling world. Unpleasant situations can interrupt our capacity to exist moment-to-moment. Working with horses can foster that mindfulness we sometimes lack as we interact with the animals in real time.
