Horse Rescues in Georgia

We are an equine rescue that rescues horses from slaughter and give them a second chance, the love and care they never had and the happy life they so deserve.

At Zorro’s Crossing, we rescue, rehabilitate, and provide permanent sanctuary for at-risk horses abandoned by the racing industry - nurturing their healing and celebrating the unique bond between horse and human.

The Bridge Between Horse Sanctuary cares for rescued horses and provides opportunities for equine-human connection. Join one of our programs today! Volunteering at our sanctuary is an amazing way to get involved with animals and help make a difference.
