Carolina Horse Park (CHP), the Southeast's premier equestrian facility in North Carolina is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) dedicated to fostering a deep connection between people, horses, and the environment. Founded in 1998 by a small group of equestrian enthusiasts with a shared vision, Carolina Horse Park has grown into a world-class destination celebrating horses, sport, community engagement, and land conservation.

At the N.C. State Fair, our mission is to showcase and promote the state's agriculture, agribusiness, arts, crafts and culture through the annual agricultural fair. The 2024 N.C. State Fair will be held October 17-27, 2024. The N.C. State Fair is the place to be this fall! The fair creates an experience unique to North Carolina and is an unparalleled value with free entertainment, thrilling rides and games, thousands of animals, endless family activities, competitions, vendors and creative deep-fried delights.
